Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from the 123 hp com setup.
Open the downloaded HPPS.exe file and follow the installation instructions
on the screen.
When the tool is opened, a list of all HP Printers will be displayed.
Select a printer and press Fix Printing or Fix Scanning depending on the
issue your face.
If no problems have been resolved, a green tick-mark will appear.
Then HP Print and Scan Doctor have resolved the issues, a wrench appears.
If the test needed any user action and was not given, an exclamation mark
appears.
HP Print and Scan Doctor have been unable to fix the problem, the red X
a symbol would appear to indicate a problem.
